The brief was to design and build an office space for over 150 people within an 8,500 sq. ft. site that housed an old office structure. The existing setup was fully demolished, with a focus on reusing materials wherever possible. As a budget-conscious project, our concept centered on an open office layout integrated with key amenities—pantry-cum-dining area, discussion rooms, conference rooms, phone booths, and a staff lounge. We’re proud to have executed the project end-to-end, including air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, civil works, interior fit-outs, and furniture.
